This was a good spirited game with lots of good performances, a mention must go to Jack Knox who came out of goal and put in a very gritty performance on the pitch in the 2nd half. well done.

This was an evenly matched game with some good individual football from Joshua Sutton.

Feb. 11th Pangbourne Youth 0 Purley Jubilee 5
This was a tough game for us, we were missing a few key players today, but thats not taking it away from Purley who played very well today!

Another good performance from the boys today, although we seem to have 7 strikers at the moment (everyone wants a goal). A mention must go out to Callum Egan on his first proper game for us and performed very well. Well done!

Jan. 28th Pangbourne Youth 2 Theale Tigers 1
After a bit of a slow start, (we went 1-0 down) the boys got it together and put on a better show in the 2nd half but Theale never gave up and pushed us right up to the end. Well done to Jack Knox for some crucial saves and James Symons for his 1st goal for the club.

All the boys were really up for this one with it being Wills birthday, I think it was fair to say that this was an under strength Woodley Kestrels side, but thats not taking anything away from our team they all combined well today and it was nice to see another new goal scorer well done Hunter!

Cracking game for everyone involved really really good, I was hoping that a few others would get a goal today and Jordan our only girl did, well done!

Another very good game lots of good performances and some good teamwork, every body deservered the best effort award. Well done.

Dec. 3rd Pangbourne Youth 3 Hurst Romans 3
Well done everyone today, it was a very entertaining game ,enjoyed by everyone I hope. We were 2-0 up at half time with some very good play but after the break Hurst began to turn it on and went 3-2 up (worrying times) but a goal with the last kick of the game ensured the draw. PHEW!!!!

I think the cold affected us a bit more than them this morning as we failed to get going today. Well played to Zac today with some gritty tackling.

This was a much improved performance with all the children playing well, and we can count ourselves a bit unlucky with two of their goals.
Keep putting in the effort kids and have "fun" and i'm sure our fortunes will change.
Also a special mention to Fraser today with his 40 yarder (alright 10 yarder but at this age its equilvelent) well done could be the goal of the season

Its getting hard to know what to say when we keep getting beaten,there were very few positves about this game,so the only one to blame is the manager.
I will not make any excuses, I will just try harder for the children because its the least they deserve for all their effort.
Well played today James Symons who had a very good game in defence.

We were found wanting just a bit today, a mention must go to their no 10 (Dan Bayliss) who was two years ahead of his age and gave us the run around all game well done.

Wow what a very well organised team for an under seven side, all the boys tried very hard but they were just too good. unlucky boys.

The team played well today but we were beaten by a strong team who had plenty of strength in depth, we had some very good performances and Jordan our only girl deserves a special mention well played.

Pangbourne Youth Football Club have 2 age groups, under 7's and under 8's, both teams play in the Hicks Developement League.
